Damage DepositA $1,000 damage deposit per machine is required on the day of your rental. This is a credit card pre-authorization hold and not a charge unless damage occurs.
Important : If your card is declined for the deposit, your rental fee will still be charged unless alternate arrangements are made. Please ensure your card has sufficient available credit. You may want to call your bank in advance to check for daily limits or restrictions. |

Age RequirementsAll drivers must be 18 years or older, all passengers must be 5 years or older. No exceptions. The terrain is challenging and requires mature, responsible operation.

Cleaning & RefuelingBoth are included in your rental. Just return the vehicle undamaged and reasonably clean.

Liability Waiver & Damage AgreementAll participants must sign a waiver and damage agreement before departure. Orientation may be audio or video recorded.

While these are robust off-road machines, they will break if misused—and you are fully responsible for any and all damage.

Vehicle Monitoring & Driving PolicyAll UTVs are equipped with tracking systems that monitor:
If we detect crashing, rolling, deep water entry, or unsafe driving, you will be required to return the vehicle immediately. You will forfeit the remainder of your rental, the rental fee, and your deposit. Data from onboard equipment will be reviewed before any deposit is returned. |
Refunds & Rescheduling
We reserve the right to reschedule or issue a refund if your assigned vehicle is damaged or undergoing repairs that affect safety.

If a mechanical problem occurs that wasn’t caused by you, you’ll only be charged a pro-rated fee based on usage.
Flat tires are not covered under this policy and do not qualify for time credit.
➡ Recovery Services
If you need to be located or recovered, you’ll be charged $150/hour, starting from when our team departs the facility until return.
It may take up to 1–2 hours to deploy and another 1–2 hours to reach you. Be familiar with your route—getting lost is not a valid excuse.

We require 7 days’ notice for cancellations or reservation changes.
