Damage Deposit

A $1,000 damage deposit per machine is required on the day of your rental. This is a credit card pre-authorization hold and not a charge unless damage occurs.
Important : If your card is declined for the deposit, your rental fee will still be charged unless alternate arrangements are made. Please ensure your card has sufficient available credit. You may want to call your bank in advance to check for daily limits or restrictions.

What We Provide

Each UTV rental includes:

• Polaris side‑by‑side UTV (2‑seat RZR or 4‑seat General XP, depending on your selection)
• Helmet
• Tire repair kit
  
• Medical kit
• Required safety orientation for all drivers

What You Should Bring

We recommend:

• Weather-appropriate clothing 
• Closed toed shoes (required)
  
• Food, water, sunglasses, sunscreen, rain gear
• Bug spray and toilet paper (just in case)

Age Requirements

All drivers must be 18 years or older, all passengers must be 5 years or older. No exceptions. The terrain is challenging and requires mature, responsible operation.

Cleaning & Refueling

Both are included in your rental. Just return the vehicle undamaged and reasonably clean.

Liability Waiver & Damage Agreement​

All participants must sign a waiver and damage agreement before departure. Orientation may be audio or video recorded.

Liability & Trail Restrictions

While these are robust off-road machines, they will break if misused—and you are fully responsible for any and all damage.

Please follow these guidelines to avoid severe charges:

• Only ride green trails at AOAA (this covers 90% of the park).​
• Avoid deep mud holes entirely. They often exceed safe depths and can cause:
• Up to $3,000 in engine damage
• A $150/hour recovery fee if extraction is needed
• Rental is available between 9am and 5pm. All rentals must be returned by 5pm.

If your machine is damaged or submerged due to poor trail choice, the full cost of repairs will be your responsibility. While riding in the rain is FUN and safe on our vehicles, DO NOT RIDE IN DEEP MUD. All mud pits onsite have safe areas to ride around. 

Vehicle Monitoring & Driving Policy

All UTVs are equipped with tracking systems that monitor:

• Speed
• Location
• Impact or reckless behavior

If we detect crashing, rolling, deep water entry, or unsafe driving, you will be required to return the vehicle immediately.
You will forfeit the remainder of your rental, the rental fee, and your deposit. Data from onboard equipment will be reviewed before any deposit is returned.

Refunds & Rescheduling

We reserve the right to reschedule or issue a refund if your assigned vehicle is damaged or undergoing repairs that affect safety.

➡ Mechanical Issues
If a mechanical problem occurs that wasn’t caused by you, you’ll only be charged a pro-rated fee based on usage.
Flat tires are not covered under this policy and do not qualify for time credit. We do not stock "spare vehicles" so if you breakdown, we may be unable to provide a back up machine. 

➡ Recovery Services
If you need to be located or recovered, you’ll be charged $150/hour, starting from when our team departs the facility until return.
​It may take up to 1–2 hours to deploy and another 1–2 hours to reach you. Be familiar with your route—getting lost is not a valid excuse.

➡ Cancellation Policy
We can move or reschedule your reservation for free, up to 8 days before.  At 8 days you will have to request a cancelation.  See below for the full list of cancelation fees:

• 9 Days before your reservation to receive a full refund, minus a $35 admin fee.
• 8-3 Days before check in time  50% refund.
• 48 hours before check in time no Refunds.
