We are located next to the AOAA at Trailhead Campground
➡ How do we get the machine from the rental location to the AOAA/trails?
You will drive your rental machine directly from our facility to the AOAA trail system. You do have to check in at the AOAA before hitting the trails.
➡ What time do I need to show up?
We run the mandatory safety briefing at the top and bottom of every hour. Your reservation time is the scheduled start of your safety briefing. We recommend showing up about 5-10 before your reservation. If you get delayed on your trip here, just let us know and we can get you started on the next scheduled briefing time.
➡ What should I wear?
Pants and closed toe shoes are required. We recommend boots and long sleeve shirts.
➡ Do you have a place to change after the ride?
Yes we do. We offer a private changing room for before and after your ride. No worries about riding home in your wet or mudding clothes.

Refunds & Rescheduling
We reserve the right to reschedule or issue a refund if your assigned vehicle is damaged or undergoing repairs that affect safety.
➡ Mechanical Issues
If a mechanical problem occurs that wasn’t caused by you, you’ll only be charged a pro-rated fee based on usage.
Flat tires are not covered under this policy and do not qualify for time credit. We do not stock "spare vehicles" so if you breakdown, we may be unable to provide a back up machine.
➡ Recovery Services
If you need to be located or recovered, you’ll be charged $150/hour, starting from when our team departs the facility until return.
It may take up to 1–2 hours to deploy and another 1–2 hours to reach you. Be familiar with your route—getting lost is not a valid excuse.
➡ Cancellation Policy
We can move or reschedule your reservation for free, up to 8 days before. At 8 days you will have to request a cancelation. See below for the full list of cancelation fees:

- 8-3 Days before check in time 50% refund.

Where is Trailhead Adventure Rentals Located?
We are located at Trailhead Campground, attached to the AOAA. After you turn off State Route 125 onto the Driveway that goes to the AOAA, take the first left at the campground and UTV Rental Sign. Head straight down the road until you see the building and the private parking lot for Adventure Rentals.

Is there a charge to ride at AOAA?
